Dwayne is the Pastor-in-Charge of Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC the church he established in 2007. He is a board member for the Acts 29 Network and he is the Director for Pastoral Care for the network. As well as pastoring Dwayne is passionate about equipping the next generation of biblical counselors. He is a member of the board for Biblical Counseling.
